This page explains how information submitted through this website is handled. Health3D is a UK-based service providing patient-specific 3D anatomical models for medical education and research.

Information collected

The enquiry form on this website may collect:

  • your name
  • your organisation
  • your email address
  • information you voluntarily enter into the enquiry field

This information is used only to respond to your enquiry and to discuss a possible project. It is not sold or shared for marketing purposes.

Information you should not submit

Please do not submit through this website:

  • patient-identifiable information
  • medical imaging or DICOM data
  • sensitive clinical information

The public website is not a secure route for clinical data. If a project proceeds, appropriate arrangements for handling imaging can be discussed separately.

Storage and retention

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of project discussions. If a form service is used to deliver enquiries by email, your message is processed by that provider on Health3D’s behalf.

Analytics and cookies

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. Standard hosting logs may be recorded by the hosting provider.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held about you. To do so, email enquiries@health3d.co.uk.
